What is the new member application process?
In the New Members section on the Home Page, please click on the Apply Now button. There you will create your profile and pay for your 1st month.
You will also be sent an email with a temporary password. Please login with that password and follow the process to create your own password and agree to terms and conditions. (Note: in the future you can login on the website by clicking the icon in the upper right corner of the site.)

My schedule changed ongoing? How do I switch from one WoW Workout time slot to another mid-month?
Because of the logistics involved, we cannot support session changes on a week to week basis. However, we do understand that circumstances may change. If you wish to change sessions mid-month please contact Laura Brodeur.
How do I RSVP for WoW Workouts each week?
The RSVP/Registration window opens three days prior the workout and closes 1 day prior. Example: you can RSVP/Register for Wednesday workouts from Sunday to Tuesday.
Each week you will receive an RSVP email from VOHeaven three days prior to your workout. In that email you will have the option to RSVP "Yes" or "No" for your workout. Two additional reminders will be send three and two days prior to the workout. Please do not choose "MAYBE" as maybe's will not be scheduled.
You can also choose to go directly to the website to "Register" for the workout as a "YES" response. There is no option to choose "NO" for this event if you use this method.
Know that the deadline for RSVP'ing will be noon the day prior to the workout. Example: Wednesday workout deadlines will cut off at noon on Tuesday. If you do not RSVP by the deadline you will not be included in the group configurations for that week. We have to ensure we have enough initiators for the workout and last minute responses make that difficult.
What if I have to cancel after I've RSVP'd?
Please email Laura and your initiator by replying ALL to your Confirmation Email as soon as possible so we have time to move people around to balance the numbers.
How do I change my credit card information in my profile?
Log in and view your profile by clicking the icon in the upper right corner of the site or via the Join Us page. Click Invoices and Payments and change your information as necessary.
How do I switch from Auto-renewal payments to manual monthly payments?
You will be automatically set up with automatic monthly payments, but will have the option to switch to manual monthly payments in your Profile once you pay for your first month. You can do so in your member profile in the Invoices and Payments tab.
How do I change my contact information in my profile?
Log in and view your profile by clicking the icon in the upper right corner of the site or via the Join Us page. Click Edit Profile and change your information as necessary. If you choose to change your email mid-month please also email Laura Brodeur with the change.
Who can see the various elements of my member profile?
First, know the VOHeaven website has been set up so only the Home Page, Join Page, and FAQ's can be seen by the public, non-members, or people who have not logged in. Member information is only viewable by WoW Members.
To review your privacy settings, please log in and view your member profile. Click on Privacy to review your privacy settings. You have three choices for each field.
We have preselected Name, Years in VO, Years in WoW to be viewable by WoW Members as this supports the initiators in managing the groups. We recommend you make the rest of the fields (except Dropbox emaIl) accessible to Members so we can all get to know each other.
